Quality assessment
A real specialty creamery with a genuine, independently-audited certification (B Corp, held since 2014, one of the first in the world) and a named key supplier farm. Since its 2017 sale to Land O'Lakes it is a subsidiary of a large dairy cooperative rather than an independent family business, which keeps it at 'solid' rather than 'exemplary' -- the certification and named-farm history are real, but current corporate ownership dilutes the single-family story.
