NAME-COLLISION CHECK: this is NOT 'Truffle Boy' (singular) -- Ian Purkayastha, founder of Regalis Foods (NYC), author of a memoir titled 'Truffle Boy.' Different company name, different city, different founder/product mix (Regalis is a much larger specialty-ingredients company); ruled out as a distinct, unrelated entity before this row was written.
