This experience is a four course menu with options to select from within each course. There will be a selection of antipasti, pasta, secondi, and dessert, where you will choose one option from each section of the menu. Simple yet elegant, the thoughtful meal is inspired by both classic Italian recipes and our extensive culinary research across the globe. This can be paired with an optional wine pairing at $115 per person, which has been meticulously selected by our wine director. Once seated in our intimate space, each guest is welcomed with an amuse-bouche and a cocktail, whether a seasonal spritz or a glass of prosecco. While you enjoy, a server presents the evening’s menu, allowing you to share your dietary restrictions. We are excited to offer our seasonal Forchetta menu. Our Forchetta menu is a multi-course chef-selected tasting menu experience. This menu will be offered alongside our classic tasting menu as an option for all guests. The seasonal Forchetta menu is priced at $215 per person with an optional premium wine pairing priced at $150 per person. Please note a la carte is not available.
