Your People.
One Long Table. Zero Stress.
Modern Italian dinner + cocktails for 7–12 guests in RiNo, without the group‐text chaos.
Birthday dinners, promotion celebrations, girls’ nights, “we actually made it through this year” parties: you show up dressed and hungry, we handle the rest.
Host a large party at The Greenwich and feel like a guest at your own dinner.
What You Get
Big‐table energy, without the headache:
One simple prix fixe menu so nobody has to negotiate what to order.
Family‐style dishes meant to share : bright, fresh salads, house‐made bread and pasta, sourdough pizza, dessert.
Creative and classic cocktails : spritzes, martinis, low‐ABV, and zero‐proof that don’t feel like an afterthought.
Room to breathe: four different pockets of the restaurant that comfortably seat 7–12 without shouting over strangers.
Clear pricing before you say yes so you’re not doing math at the table.
How It Works
1. Tell us the basics
Share your date, headcount, and what you’re celebrating.
2. Choose your menu
We’ll send you a short, not‐overwhelming prix fixe:
Shared starters.
A mix of pastas and pizzas.
Something sweet to close it out.
We’ll flag vegetarian, vegan, and gluten‐free options so every guest is covered without you being the food police.
3. Relax. We’ve got it.
We block your table, prep your menu, and brief your server on names, allergies, and the plan. You walk in, sit down, and start your night with a cocktail in hand instead of a clipboard.
The Spaces
We have 7 different areas that seat 7–12 comfortably.
Tell us if you’re more “tucked‐away and intimate” or “front‐row to the energy,” and we’ll place you where it fits.
Money, Upfront (So You Don’t Have To Ask)
Straightforward per‐person pricing for food; no surprise room fees.
Drinks your way:
keep it open bar
order a beverage package
All taxes and standard gratuity are laid out in your confirmation email so you know the total before you walk in.
Why Hosts Love Doing It Here
“Everyone raved about the food for days.”
“It felt special but not stiff.”
“Planning took no time at all.”
“It was SO much food - we couldn’t believe how much came to the table.”
You’re not just booking a table; you’re outsourcing the emotional labor of hosting.
FAQs
What counts as a “large party”?
Typically 7–12 guests. For bigger groups or full buyouts, head over this way .
Can you handle dietary stuff?
Yes. Tell us who’s gluten‐free, dairy‐free, vegetarian, vegan, or pregnant, and we’ll build around it.
How long do we have the table?
Standard is around 2 hours 15 minutes. If you know your crew lingers, tell us and we’ll plan accordingly.
What if my headcount changes?
We’ll confirm a final number 48 hours before your dinner so the kitchen and floor are ready and you’re not paying for ghosts.
Can we order additional food?
Yes! You can 1000% order additional food if you so desire. It is against our bylaws to allow anyone to leave the restaurant feeling hungry.
How do drinks work?
Most parties order their drinks à la carte. Some parties do all cocktails. Some do all wine. Some do all N/A. We do offer a variety of drink packages, ranging from $28/pp up to $75/pp, if you want more predictability in your final bill.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes! We take a $65/pp deposit to secure the reservation. This is, in part, what allows us to provide so much autonomy to our guests when booking.
Is there a minimum F+B spend?
There is not!
Are there any hidden fees or costs?
We apply a 20% gratuity, 2% processing fee, and applicable state/local taxes. There are no room fees, admin fees, or other financial tomfoolery.
Is there a fee for bringing our own dessert?
Nope! No cake cutting fee, either.
Is there a corkage fee?
Sadly, the State of Colorado disallows guests to bring their own wine to restaurants (boo. hiss.) So, no, no corkage fee.

We hold 155 venues in Denver, CO and could score 41 of them. This one is not among them, so it has no position — not a low one.
There is no score breakdown to show: nothing we read about this venue earned points in any of the four categories, so a bar chart of zeroes would look like a verdict on the kitchen rather than on what it publishes. What we did read is below.
v1.7.4 0.0/100 = sourcing 0.0/50 (named-farm 0 distinct, named-region 0 distinct, attribute 0 distinct, buzzword 0 distinct) + farm partners 0.0/20 (none scored) + registry 0.0/12 (none listed) + press 0.0/18 (capped at 35% of the 0.0-point evidence base).
Buzzwords only. This venue uses sourcing language ("farm-fresh", "locally sourced") but names no farms, regions, or verifiable attributes.

“Not listed” means the day was absent from the schedule we read — usually closed, but we never saw it stated, so we don’t claim it.
