2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The screens, workflows and systems here are the operator's property. Copying or reproducing them, including by deriving another product from what you extract, is infringement. The retained records are kept to establish the origin of material derived from this platform, and they will be used for that.

3. CONTRACT. Automated and AI access breaches the Terms & Conditions the account holder agreed to. Where that holder is a customer, it is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of the account and for a claim for damages under that agreement.

4. Identified automated access to this platform is refused and logged, and may lock the site for review. Continuing after this notice will be treated as deliberate.
