Fixed cake prices are based on a standard cake style that doesn't have further notes. Depending on how custom you want the cake, the cake price will be adjusted to fit that style and level of customization. We recommend storing your cake in the fridge if you don't plan on immediately serving right after you pickup. Pull your cake out of the refrigerator one hour before serving to allow it to come to room temp. Cakes can stay at room temperature for a couple hours, but keep them out of direct sunlight. If you are planning to serve your cake at a later date, we recommend storing your cake in the freezer and popping it in the fridge the night before you plan to serve. Our cakes hold for 7 days from the day you pickup. Once it's cut is when it'll start losing it's moisture and freshness faster. Simply put a piece of parchment or any paper along the cut side to help prevent it getting dry. (This info does not translate to wedding cakes, we use a different buttercream for these cakes.
