Hands down the best vegan ramen I’ve had to date. This is coming from someone who’s had vegan ramen in both Austin and Chicago. We even invited our non-vegan friend and they enjoyed their food too! Also I won’t be forgetting about the roasted miso avocado roll anytime soon!

I haven't tried many vegan or vegetarian ramen dishes, but this was definitely one of the best! The flavors, textures, and combination of ingredients—plus that perfect kick that means you don't even need to ask for hot sauce (I’m sure you wouldn't even realize the food is vegan). Every bowl is crafted with... rich, complex broths built entirely from vegetables, aromatic herbs, and premium plant-forward ingredients — and somehow the depth of flavor rivals anything you’d find at a traditional ramen house. The smoky ramen in particular is something else. Bold, layered, and seriously satisfying. You won’t miss the meat, I promise. We arrived around 10pm and there was still a line out the door — on a weeknight. That says everything. But the staff were genuinely impressive, efficiently shuffling tables to fit our group while also accommodating smaller parties of two at the same time. No one seemed stressed, no one made you feel rushed. The energy was welcoming and the operation was smooth. The vibe matches the location perfectly.
