CONTACT US
We are Prideful, First-Generation Cambodian Americans, originally from San Francisco, CA.
We come from a hardworking Khmer family who came seeking refuge due to the horrific attacks of The Khmer Rouge. Our family ultimately made it to The Tenderloin District in San Francisco where we worked ever so hard to maintain the place, forever in our hearts. Our parents suffered lifelong effects of the genocide both physically and mentally but had no other choice but to keep strong and fight through all the tough battles life has brought upon us. We were taught by them to always, aim for our passions, and desires-- despite circumstances, just as they did.
Fast forward, we opened up a sandwich shop in Manteca, CA for 8 years then realized we wanted to start over in a community we felt needed more Khmer representation- a new place we now call home. VEGAS. This business, which has been in the works for the past year, is a tribute to the generation above us—a tribute to the triumphs we’ve faced and overcome. No obstacle ever defeats the strength in number, hustle, and passion. It has definitely, and still is a journey. Day by day, we continue to strive.
We are not considered a “restaurant” but more so a “family-style cafe.” We will have many pop-up tasty Khmer Street Foods you’d typically find in Srok Khmer (Cambodia), but we will highlight more of the authenticity of Khmer and American sandwiches we specialize in. We are committed to quality, freshness, and fulfillment of our foods, entirely made from the heart. This business is a tribute to all that led us up to this point, built off of the strength passed down by our former generations.
As the mobile food carts would say in Cambodia, “ស្រស់ស្រស់ រសជាតិឈ្ងុយ…ឆ្ងាញ់!” (Fresh, Aromatic, & Delicious)...
a perfect way to describe our “Nom Pang” we offer.

“Nom Pang” or also called “Nom Pang Pate” was developed during Cambodia’s French Colonization using
the French baguette— consisting of varied meats, flavorful sauces, and veggies, both fresh and pickled. It
is a common lunchtime street food in Cambodia especially prevalent in the country’s food markets if not
seen diversely in mobile food carts. They are closely similar to Vietnam’s Banh Mi and Laos’ Khao Jee Pate
as they were once influenced by the French as well. These three countries share nearly the sandwich
compositions, but all are distinctly delicious according to the differed yet similar palettes each country
has.
Our Cambodian Nöm Pang here in Las Vegas, NV is served with homemade mayo and house sauce,
distinguishingly different yet complementing to the other flavors we will offer in our sandwiches. The
entirety of our goal as a business is to provide you all with a glimpse of our definition and familiarity of
Nom Pang. Offering, of course- Khmer Nom Pang and American Sandwiches as well.

Menu as captured Aug 20, 2026 · source ↗
We hold 7,900 venues in Las Vegas, NV and could score 547 of them. This one is not among them, so it has no position — not a low one.
There is no score breakdown to show: nothing we read about this venue earned points in any of the four categories, so a bar chart of zeroes would look like a verdict on the kitchen rather than on what it publishes. What we did read is below.
v1.7.4 0.0/100 — NO SOURCING EVIDENCE FOUND. We fetched this venue's site and menu and found no sourcing claim, no named farm, no registry listing and no press naming a source. This is a completed check with an empty result, not a judgment of the food: a kitchen can buy beautifully and never say so online. Score is a floor.
We analyzed this venue's menu, website, and press coverage and found no sourcing evidence. That is a finding, not a gap — venues that care about sourcing tend to say so somewhere.

“Not listed” means the day was absent from the schedule we read — usually closed, but we never saw it stated, so we don’t claim it.
We don’t know when these hours were last checked · source ↗ · these hours were read from the page text rather than published schedule data, so we show the week instead of calling it open or closed · Always worth confirming with the restaurant.
