A FITTING ODE TO INDIA
NADU meaning 'homeland' reflects our commitment to showcasing the rich cultural and gastronomic landscapes of India, where every region tells its own story through food. At Nadu, we bring you a symphony of regional cuisines, from the aromatic biryani of Hyderabad to the fiery curries of Kerala, the street snacks of Delhi to the coastal delicacies of Goa. Our menu is thoughtfully curated to offer an authentic yet contemporary dining experience, with dishes crafted from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and traditional Indian spices.
