WELCOME
Le Bon Nosh is a French-influenced restaurant, market and wine bar rooted in the belief that good food has the power to nourish both body and community. During the day, we offer two styles of service — guests may choose full-service dining or convenient counter-service for breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch. In the evening, our coffee bar closes and the space transitions into an elevated, wine-forward dining experience with full service only
Reservations are encouraged and walk-ins are welcome. Reservations for breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner can be booked on OpenTable here. For parties 6 and over, please call or email us at hello@lebonnosh.com.

FOROUGH VAKILI
“I want every guest to feel like they are eating at my dining room table.”
MEET FOROUGH
Founded on her ethos of building community through food, Forough created Le Bon Nosh to celebrate the simplicity of good ingredients and warm hospitality.
“I created Le Bon Nosh to change how people experience food. Today, there are so many options for consumers, yet eating and cooking has become too complex and transactional. Convenient food doesn’t have to be impersonal and formulaic. My goal is to bring back the simplicity of good food and the art of hospitality. We bring excitement to eating by cultivating sensory experiences centered around delicious foods. I want to inspire my guests to eat wholesome foods, learn how to prepare them at home, and enjoy the holistic experience of eating.”
Forough began her career as a chemical engineer from Georgia Tech, but was always drawn to the beauty of simple, seasonal cooking and dreamed of one day opening her own culinary destination. In 2011, she pursued this dream by attending Le Cordon Bleu Paris and later worked at a two-Michelin star restaurant in Brittany, France. Upon returning to Atlanta in 2013, Forough became Porsche’s exclusive consultant on food operations at their North American headquarters, working with Bon Appétit Management Co. and overseeing three business units including a fine dining restaurant, a staff canteen and catering operations.
Forough’s disciplined engineering studies, international culinary training and world-class collaborations propelled her to focus on bringing her original concept – Le Bon Nosh – to life. Le Bon Nosh is a new culinary destination with an emphasis on community engagement, rich experiences and sharing simple, delicious food.

We hold 131 venues in Atlanta, GA and could score 20 of them. This one is not among them, so it has no position — not a low one.
There is no score breakdown to show: we haven’t been able to look at this venue’s sourcing yet, so there is nothing to break down. A row of zeroes here would say we checked and found nothing, and we have not checked.
v1.7.4 0.0/100 — NOT YET ANALYZED. We have not been able to look: no findable site or menu, or the site blocks crawlers. This is the absence of a measurement, NOT a finding of 'no sourcing', and must never be presented as one. Score is a floor and carries no information about this venue's quality.
