Menu as captured Aug 20, 2026 · source ↗
We hold 7,900 venues in Las Vegas, NV and could score 547 of them. This one is not among them, so it has no position — not a low one.
There is no score breakdown to show: nothing we read about this venue earned points in any of the four categories, so a bar chart of zeroes would look like a verdict on the kitchen rather than on what it publishes. What we did read is below.
v1.7.4 0.0/100 — NO SOURCING EVIDENCE FOUND. We fetched this venue's site and menu and found no sourcing claim, no named farm, no registry listing and no press naming a source. This is a completed check with an empty result, not a judgment of the food: a kitchen can buy beautifully and never say so online. Score is a floor.
We analyzed this venue's menu, website, and press coverage and found no sourcing evidence. That is a finding, not a gap — venues that care about sourcing tend to say so somewhere.
