You've found us! we proudly and with affection offer the best Birria in all San Diego. Our mouth-watering birria is a slow-cooked beef stew, flavored with a variety of chiles and spices but most importantly it is made with passion and love. Bold yet not spicy, we pair it with cilantro, diced onions when served in a taco, with radishes and limes as condiments available to both tacos and "Ordenes" and we top it all off with a potent house made salsa (hot sauce, red). Enjoy a steaming hot bowl which comes with warm tortillas to make your own tacos or eat as is, ensuring you get broth in every bite. Our love for Birria has also pushed us into creating some unique signature fan favorite tacos, such as: Quesotaco con Nervio, Chupacabras, Quesotaco extremo, Quesotaco no tortilla and many more. Cafe De La Casa is sooo Delicious . The Quesabirrias are to die for. Everyone is always attentive ready to serve you. Great tasting tacos. They have variety on how their tacos are served. Tendon is always so soft. The atmosphere is always happy welcoming.

Fernandez restaurant is so amazingly good. My friends and I were in town for my friends bachelor party and definitely were wanting to try some birria in the area if we could. We found Fernandez restaurant and we couldn't be happier with the amazing food here! I got some regular birria tacos with tendons, and got the cheese birria taco with tendon as well. The meat was juicy, tender, and beyond amazing! Not too salty but definitely had a lot of flavor and I was in heaven. I'm still thinking about it a week later and wishing I could go back to get some more.
