HEY THERE! If you’re not seeing any pastries on our site, don’t worry...you didn’t break the internet! It just means preorders are currently closed and we've temporarily hidden our pastries to prevent overselling. The next Saturday preorder starts Sunday evening at 7pm sharp and closes around 7:15/7:20 when it fills up. So set your alarms and be quick!!

We’re a small mom and pop bakery, and preorders help us plan and purchase ingredients for the week ahead. I know it can be confusing, but this system seems to work best for our current little bakery set up. We literally bake based on what you order, plus a guestimate for our walk in numbers for the week. So every preorder helps keep us going. Saturday pick up preorders typically open on Sunday evening and close by Wednesday evening or Monday evenings during peak weeks. And, we also do a Friday sandwich and small pastry selection preorder on Thursdays every week. In addition to preorder we always have plenty of pastries for walk ins Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays. We’d love to see you! Thanks for supporting our little bakery, every order makes a real difference. ❤️

We are a tiny husband and wife team with a very small staff baking and prepping all week for Thurs-Sat openings. We only have time for admin on Tuesdays. But things do come up and emails do get lost in the mix. We are very attentive on Instagram and can get back to you right away on there. If you have a cake inquiry, please give us all the details in your email and then shoot us an instagram message to let us know you sent one if we have not got back to you!! Thank you for understanding. This is the best set up at the moment while we are in our growing pains :)

Layered Garden Cakes

We make beautiful garden layer cakes. We decorate with fruit and flowers that are available to us seasonally. Each cake is decorated at random and organically to our aesthetic. You can pick the color of the cake and flavor, but we pick flowers fruit and overall design aesthetic. Due to the nature of our decorating style and schedule of our bakery, special jams will depend on what we are offering that week for our Saturday Pastry bake. But, we always make balsamic strawberry jam, brown butter lemon curd, chocolate cremeux, Matilda Cakes, and raspberry orange blossom jam.
