Quality assessment

Caveats

LIKELY, not confirmed current, at Nozawa Bar: two independent food-blog reviews (kevineats.com 2013; gofindalice.com, wayback-archived by 2019) both name 'Tamago (Apricot Lane eggs/Farms) nigiri' as a dish on the omakase menu. No first-party source found -- Nozawa Bar/SUGARFISH's own site (sugarfishsushi.com) describes tamago generically without naming a farm, and omakase menus of this kind are not typically published with fixed ingredient lists, so a fully current confirmation is structurally hard to obtain. Certifications (CCOF Organic, Demeter Biodynamic) are independently confirmed via the certifying registries themselves, not the documentary's claims, per brief instruction -- CCOF's registry entry does NOT itself list Biodynamic (that program is Demeter's, separate from CCOF's crops/handling/NOP programs).

234-acre certified organic and Biodynamic regenerative farm in Moorpark, CA, founded 2011 by John and Molly Chester; subject of the documentary 'The Biggest Little Farm' (certifications recorded here are from CCOF and Demeter USA registries, not the documentary). Raises cows, sheep, pigs, chickens and ducks alongside 200+ varieties of produce.
